The purpose of this study was the environmental analysis of the structure of sports in Iran based on a hierarchical model of sports. Reserch method is of descrietiv-anlytic and applicable in terms of objective. Methods of data collection are included library research, Delphi method and finally a researcher made questionnaire.validity of questionnaire confirmed by experts. Using Cronbach's alpha, the reliability of the questionnaire was obtained as 0.94. The statistical population of the study consisted of staff- and operational managers of the Ministry of Youth and Sport, and heads of federations, experts and managers of sport associations of sport federations, managers of Olympic and para-olympic national Academy and faculty members who are specialists in sports and are informed about the research topic. In this study, the sample was determined as equivalent to the research population and by counting all. Out of 302 questionnaires sent to members of the research population, 238 questionnaires were filled (79 percent). For data analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential tests including the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, comparison of the mean of the population (one sample t-test), Friedman's analysis of variance and Kruskal-Wallis test (H) were applied. The results showed that professional sports in Iran were in conservative strategy position (WO). The most advantage point of professional sports in Iran is the presence of spectators in sports, while the main drawback is the lack of based teams in the clubs. The most important opportunities of professional sports are theyoung population and the interest and potentiality in sports; whereas the most important threats lays in political misuse of professional sports.

Methodological surveying is correlation and has taken place in field. Population composed of all experts of the Ministry of sport and youth (90 Managers, 600 employees) that 307 (73 Managers & 234 Employees) persons were determined based on Morgan table. The Time Management Questionnaire (α=0.89), Koein Standard Questionnaire (α=0.81), and Jazni’s Job Creativity Questionnaire (α=0.76) were used as instruments. To classify the results, descriptive statistics, to test the normality of the data, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and to find the relationships and predict the variables, Pearson correlation and Multiple Regressions were used respectively. According to the results, significant positive relationships were observed between time management and its components and planning tendency. Similarly, significant positive relationships were observed between time management and its components and creativity. Regression results showed that 28% of planning tendency and 44.7% of creativity total variances were associated with components of time management. Based on the results, there were close relationships between time efficiency and planning and time efficiency and creativity. In addition, planning could be considered as one of the most important factors in the process of time management. Work time and personal affairs planning plays an important role in planning tendency and creativity. Moreover, Daily personal activities scheduling is very important in appropriate use of available time during the day.

The validity of the motivated factors, and job were 86% and 83%, respectively. It was shown that (H was indicated) an acceptable reliability. After data collection with descriptive method, Kolmograph-Smirnov test, T-independent and Pearson’s correlation coefficient were used to achieve the purpose of this research. Research findings indicate that in motivational factors domain, decision power and in healthy factors domain, interpersonal relationship had a high score, and also the analytical data showed that there was no significant difference between the various scales of job satisfaction as well as federation in relation to motivational and healthy factors with job satisfaction of federation. The purpose of present study was Investigation the relationship between organization health and effectiveness in ministry of youth affairs and sports of Guilan province. Statistical community of present study was the entire employees of ministry of youth affairs and sports of Guilan province. For data’s gathering two questionnaires used, consist of organization health Questionnaire (50 questions) with 11 subscales and effectiveness questionnaire (Eidi, 1390, 42 questions) with 8 subscales. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was utilized in a pilot study to examine the internal reliability of OHQ (r=0.94) and EQ (r=0.90). Data were analyzed with one-sample kolmogrov-smirnov, Pearson Correlation coefficient, and Liner regression in significance level of P≤0.05. Results showed that there is significant correlation between all dimensions of organization health consist of communication, participation, commitment, credibility, morale, ethics, performance, goal setting, supportive leadership, efficiency, and resources with organization effectiveness. At last we found significant relationship between organization health and effectiveness.
